Lessons
Lessons are of 55 minute duration unless by previous arrangement.
Course costs / Payment conditions / Cancellations
1. Course fees do not include books, registration costs or exam fees.
2. Lessons are billed and are payable in advance. Course costs are dependent on class size and type.

3. In group courses, notice of withdrawal from the course must be given in writing not later than 2 weeks prior to the end of the term otherwise 50% of the next terms’ fee will be charged. No refund will be given after the start of the term.
Lesson attendance
1. In group lessons no refund is made for non-attendance on the part of the student
2. The following rules apply for private lessons:
i) Notification of non-attendance must be given no later than 17:00 of the previous day or else the missed lesson will be charged in full.
ii) Minimum number of lessons 5.
iii) Private lessons can be booked in blocks of 5 or 10 lessons. With 5 lessons, lessons must be taken within 8 weeks of the first lesson and with 10 lessons they must be taken within 15 weeks of the first lesson. Any lessons not taken within the specified time limit are counted as non-attended lessons.
